WMSL Spring 2012 Team Signup Registration
You have two methods of registering your team.
You can print off our TEAM SIGNUP form in pdf format and mail or fax it in - CLICK HERE
Or you can click on the link below to fill out and submit the online form.

You can now pay online with your Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit card.
Click on the Pay Now button below the applicable Team Age that you are registering.
Team Fees
| Under 6 = $300 |
| Under 7 & 8 = $475 |
| Under 9 & 10 = $550 |
| Under 11 & 12 = $700 |
| Under 13 & 14 = $850 |
| Under 15 thru 19 = $875 |
These are Team Fees that the league charges to teams. Clubs will
have a Player Fee that will include Team Fees, Registrations Fees and other fees
depending on the Club.
Club Teams - generally your club will pay us your team fee. Contact your club if
you have any questions.
